Crossfit's philosophy that "if you have a body you are an athlete" is truly inspiring and really remarkable. Using this site I'm really hoping to show individuals the perks of fitness that Crossfit has given me.
Why is Crossfit interesting to me compared to various other types of exercise?
First, the intensity it demands.
Second, the fair way it uses to gauge results and progress. It's really about establishing a challenge with oneself to further improve your strength.
Third and lastly , the group aspect of Crossfit that encourages people to attempt it. Having your peers cheer you on and push you to do well is a excellent experience and makes the exercise more enjoyable.
