Crossfit's ideology that "if you have a body you are an athlete" is truly inspiring and really wonderful. In this site I'm really hoping to provide people the perks of fitness that Crossfit has given me.
Why is Crossfit engaging to me opposed to other varieties of exercise?
First, the intensity it demands.
Second, the objective way it utilizes to gauge results and progress. It's absolutely about making a challenge with oneself to further improve your strength.
Third and lastly , the community aspect of Crossfit that urges people to attempt it. Having your peers cheer you on and motivate you to succeed is a terrific experience and makes the training more gratifying.
