East River Partners is currently focused on eight projects, six in Brooklyn and 2 in Manhattan. 4 of the Brooklyn tasks remain in the Park Slope community. Park Slope is a destination for Manhattan locals relocating to Brooklyn. It includes the atmosphere of a tight-knight area with all of Manhattan's entertainment simply a train ride away. With such a demand, it's difficult for families, or individuals who wish to begin families, to find multiple-bedroom residences. At least 5 of the Brooklyn homes developed by East Rivers Partners are multiple-bedroom and not all them cost seven figures. On the end of Manhattan opposite the synagogue, ERP is upgrading the homes at 272-276 West 86th St., on the Upper West Side.
These places are estates initially developed by designer C.P.H. Gilbert. All the modern amenities enjoyed in ERP's Park Slope apartments will be given this task. The homes all will have more than three bedrooms, so for practical functions they'll still be mansions, but mansions with a contemporary touch. A lot of people wish to live in Manhattan and Brooklyn, but the area is limited. East River Partners creates space with its outside-the-box thinking.
